Chargers end District Championships with weekly honors

The Chancellor Chargers swimmers earned two more births onto the Athletic Honor Roll. Captains Tyler Hinke and Mary Reynolds were honored for their performances last Friday at Districts.
Tyler was honored for his 18 second drop in the 500 Freestyle. He also dropped two seconds in the 100 Backstroke to take fourth in the event.
Mary Reynolds scored her first points at the championship meet. She dropped another second in her 100 Backstroke to take 6th overall in the event.
Two Chargers swimmers will compete in the VHSL A/AA State Championships in three weeks. The meet will take place on February 27-28 at The University of Virginia.
